Ingredients: (serves 1)
- 2 beets, peeled
- 1 large carrot
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2 inches fresh turmeric root
- 2 inches fresh ginger root
- 2 tsp. coconut oil (melted) – coconut oil improves absorption of turmeric compounds in the body
Run all of the above ingredients (except coconut oil) through a juicer. Stir in coconut oil. Enjoy!
