Here are some home remedies that can help you with water retention:
PARSLEY

Boil some water and add a bunch of parsley in it. Remove it from the heat and leave it aside for 15 minutes covered. Drink this amazing drink a few times per day.
DANDELION TEA
It has many health benefits such as treating liver and kidney problems and stomach related issues. It can help the body to remove the toxins and it is rich in magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, etc.

EPSOM SALT

GARLIC
