Thyme, which is a herb of the genus Thymus, is native to the Mediterranean. It has become all the rage over the past few decades, due to its culinary, medicinal, and even ornamental uses. – Thyme (dried or fresh)
– A covered container for brewing & straining
First, put some herbs into the brewing container. Use a teaspoon of dried herbs per cup of water or more herbs if you use fresh ones. Pour some boiling water over them, cover, and steep for about five minutes. Finally, strain the liquid and serve.
